Our Veterinarians

Mountain View Veterinary Hospital was founded by Dr. Danielle Newman in 2014.

A seasoned veterinarian of 20 years, Dr. Newman has worked in several clinics in southeastern Idaho since graduating from the University of WI-Madison in the spring 2000. Experience in a variety of hospital settings has helped create her vision of how to best serve her clients and patients.

An Oklahoma State grad, Dr. Blanchard has practiced small animal medicine and surgery for over 30 years. She has worked in 5 different states including the District of Columbia while accompanying her husband, Terrel, to his many army postings. They moved to Idaho 5years ago to pursue the many recreational opportunities Pocatello and the surrounding areas have to offer. We welcomed her to the team in late 2021.
